A total of six new employees and four mentoring instructors participated in this event. At the beginning, the host introduced the mentors and mentees by department, followed by a tea ceremony and gift-giving ritual. The new employees, holding a cup of tea, approached their mentors respectfully, addressing them as “Master” to show their reverence and sincerity in learning. Upon receiving the tea, the mentors shared thoughtful words of advice and presented carefully selected books to the new employees, hoping they would achieve success and make continuous progress in their future careers and personal lives.
After the tea ceremony, in the presence of everyone, the mentors and mentees signed the mentorship agreement, officially marking the conclusion of the apprenticeship ceremony.
