In the height of July, with the successful conclusion of the final training module, KAPSOM has wrapped up its four-day new employee onboarding program in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere. This training program not only deepened the new employees’ comprehensive understanding of the company but also laid a solid foundation for their seamless integration into the team and the beginning of their professional journeys.
This onboarding program was meticulously planned, aiming to help new members from diverse backgrounds and various disciplines gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s culture, regulations, core business, and future development direction through diverse learning formats and rich content arrangements. During the training, experienced professionals from various departments personally conducted the sessions. They shared vivid examples and compelling stories, detailing the company’s development trajectory, vision, and core values, which fostered a strong sense of identification and belonging among the new employees towards the company culture.
The training program was comprehensive and in-depth, covering a wide range of topics including team collaboration, skill advancement, thinking expansion, career planning, and future outlook. Notably, the company arranged a site visit, allowing the new employees to witness firsthand the bustling scenes of the manufacturing workshops and the innovative processes of product development. They were also taken back to the roots of industrial glory at the Nanjing Chemical Industry Exhibition Hall, a place cherished by the older generation. This gave them a more intuitive and profound understanding of the manufacturing of the company’s products and the significance of the industry they are entering.
