On August 1, 2023, KAPSOM successfully passed the re-certification of “three major ISO systems”. As an green technology energy company, the successful passing of this audit marks that KAPSOM has reached a new level in scientific, institutionalized and standardized management.
In 2015, KAPSOM decided to start the company-wide “three major ISO systems”certification, and successfully passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management system, and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. Over the years, through the benchmarking management of system certification, KAPSOM has achieved remarkable results in business management, environmental sanitation and occupational health of employees.
In 2023, KAPSOM has launched the re-certification of the “three major ISO systems”. According to the certification requirements, KAPSOM sorted out the relevant management processes, combines the system thinking with the company’s reality, and further improves the company’s management level. At the same time, we organized a special working group to conduct internal audit, external audit, management review and strict self-examination and self-correction.
From July 14th to July 17th, 2023, experts from BV conducted certification audits on our ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 in strict accordance with the three major management system certification standards. The audit team conducts a comprehensive and strict audit of the KAPSOM’s functional departments through on-site inquiry, observation, record sampling, case analysis, on-site question and answer, and document review. The expert group fully affirmed and praised what we did well, and also pointed out the shortcomings in our system operation. For the deficiencies, the management of KAPSOM attached great importance to it, acted quickly, and completed the rectification within a week. In the end, the expert group unanimously agreed that the review of the “three systems” passed smoothly.

By continuously strengthening the management of quality, environment and occupational health and safety, ensuring the effective operation of the“three major ISO systems”.
