On February 2, 2022, KAPSOM’s 2023 Spring Sunshine Education Support Initiative extended its reach to Jiangbei New District in Nanjing, visiting a family that had recently faced unexpected difficulties and was in urgent need of assistance. To ensure that aid is directed to children who are truly in need, we conducted thorough assessments through various channels, evaluating the students’ academic performance, daily behavior, and family circumstances.
Every child is a seed of hope, meant to blossom in the spring sunlight and grow strong. However, in reality, some children find themselves cast in the shadows or rooted in challenging environments, struggling to receive the light and nourishment they need. These children require the attention and support of society to break through the darkness and embrace the bright future that awaits them.
We nurture the soil in which underprivileged students grow with our genuine care. Each act of kindness is like a ray of winter sunshine, gathering to fuel their journey forward. Through our collective efforts, these children are breaking through the earth like seeds, growing strong and resilient.
